Wow.. I would like to thank you Robert for the exceptional service you have provided for us. You truly care about your customers and we really appreciate it. Robert called promptly to set up an appointment to fix our laundry machine... within 10 minutes of my call with G/E... and he doesn’t work on weekends but came by on a Saturday to take a look at our laundry machine!! Then he ordered the parts for us on Saturday so that it can be ready for our original appointment set for Tuesday. But that’s not all.. he got the part early (on Monday) , so he stopped by on Monday to fix our machine!! I can’t express my gratitude enough. This is the second time G/E has referred R3MP to us and his service is exceptional every time. He is not only kind and friendly, he is very thorough and great at fixing your appliance! Thank you Robert. We will be calling you for appliance fixes in the future for sure!!

Stove Repair

Robert came to fix my stove through warranty and was so pleasant I decided to keep his card for future use. Glad I did, I had to call him twice for different issues and both times he was reasonably priced and always on time. Never asked for more money and was very reliable and straight up. His knowledge about the machines he's working on is also very helpful to answer all the questions I had.

Washer/Dryer Repair

Robert has done two minor service repairs on our GE stacked washer/dryer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but most importantly, a super honest guy who would never overcharge you. The first time we used him he took the time to explain exactly how to avoid the problem in the future. The second time, 2.5 years later, he simply explained how to fix it over the phone! No charge. Unbelievable. There are so many service technicians who would take advantage of a customer's lack of knowledge and schedule a paid service call. We 100% recommend him!
